PROBLEM:

Despite millions of people welcoming Alexa into their daily lives, there is a lack of awareness regarding the extensive capabilities that Alexa offers across her various devices. The primary challenge for the Amazon Alexa team was not to sell the product, but rather to showcase the countless exciting functionalities that Alexa can perform. The team sought an organic TikTok marketing strategy that could generate viral videos while remaining aligned with the TikTok community and adhering to the brand guidelines of Amazon Alexa.

The objective was to effectively communicate the versatility and value of Alexa in an engaging and authentic manner, capturing the attention and interest of TikTok users.

SOLUTION:

Our project solution involved developing a detailed content strategy and posting schedule, while sourcing and managing a global team of content creators. Through their collaborative efforts, we generated over 50 million views on the Amazon Alexa TikTok page. By strategically curating engaging and relatable content, we successfully showcased the extensive capabilities of Alexa and fostered a strong connection with the TikTok community.
